Only enrolled Lehigh University students and paid Lehigh University employees are issued Lehigh photo ID credentials. If you are not in one of these categories you should not attempt to upload a photo for this purpose.

If you are a part of a summer program and living on campus, you will receive an access card for your housing that will also have access to the academic buildings programmed on it. If you have any further questions, please contact IDEAL or your program director/coordinator.

 

You must submit a photo of yourself in advance to be used on your Lehigh Pass (ID). 

The picture must be a color, head-and-shoulders photograph of you facing the camera with a plain background. We cannot accept photos with filters, or where you are wearing sunglasses, hats, or anything that would make it difficult to determine your identity.

Lehigh uses a system to make photo upload quick and easy:

First Year Students

  1. If you haven’t done so already, set up your Lehigh University email account and DUO multi-factor authentication.

    Please wait at least 24 hours after setting up your Lehigh email account before accessing your eAccount.

  2. On your phone or computer, follow this link to access your eAccount and the CloudCard online photo submission tool.
  3. Sign in using your Lehigh username and password.
  4. Follow the instructions in the system to either upload an existing photo from your camera roll or take a new photo. The system will either accept your photo or ask you to try again if your submission doesn't meet our requirements.


New Staff and Faculty
